Extortion by Politicians‏

26-Dec-2008
Dear PM,

I would like to draw your attention to two events that rocked the nation recently.

Event1

BSP MP is openly extorting money and killed an engineer who refused to pay him. The money was supposedly collected for birthday celebration of Mrs. Mayawati. Congress, BJP and other political parties have sharply reacted to this incidence. Question is who is to blame for such atrocity? Had UP governor allowed CBI to file a charge sheet against Mayawati in Taj corridor and other cases, she would have been in jail by now and it could restrain other politicians from taking law in their own hand. For many years congress had been very close friend of Mayawati and congress president gave her lifeline after lifeline. She has least respect for Indian law like Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav and projected herself as goddess of poor and downtrodden. Congress finally divorced with Mayawati when she is too persistent to withdrawal of cases against her. Congress even tried to make her deputy chairman of Rajya Sabha that was halted by left front.

Sir, do you have courage to prosecute Mrs. Mayawati now?

Event2

Mr. AR Antulay raised serious doubt the manner in which ATS chief was assassinated. He actually endorsed Hindu conspiracy theory of ISI in killing of Mr. Hemant Karkare. Initially Congress distant herself from Antulay but later on they realized that it would be a political blunder not to support Antulay partially and lose Muslim votes when election is round the corner. So you tried to play it down and said ‘to err is human’.  Mr. Antulay didn’t err. He made this statement consciously knowing fully well that attack on Taj started 18 minutes after massacre in CST. He has been instructed either by congress high command or by Muslim fundamentalists to make such statement. I do not blame him because he is a communal and racist man.

But what are you doing sir? Why can’t you throw him out of your ministry? Mr. PM wake up and don’t indulge vote bank politics like BJP and other parties.  I just wonder is PM’s chair so precious that one has to shed one’s shame and honor to hold it. Ever since you became prime minister you lost your credibility and trustworthiness. You are ready to do anything and everything that would benefit congress even at the cost of national interest.
